The processes consolidated in this document describe the use cases that a user goes through when logging in to Eventim or Unidy or registering in Eventim or Unidy, or managing their data in the Unidy self-service as user or admin.

I. User login and registration

I.I. Login of existing user with existing Eventim account

1. User enters the Eventim ticket shop.
2. User clicks on the Eventim login button.
3. Eventim starts the OAuth process and forwards the user to Unidy.
4. Unidy checks whether the user is already logged in. → Not logged in
5. User is forwarded to the login page.
6. User logs in with one of the given login methods.
7. User is forwarded to Eventim in a logged in state.

I.II. Login of existing user without Eventim account

1. User enters the Eventim ticket shop.
2. User clicks on the login button.
3. Eventim starts the OAuth process and forwards the user to Unidy.
4. Unidy checks whether the user is already logged in. → Not logged in
5. User is forwarded to the login page.
6. User enters login credentials.
7. User enters required information for Eventim access, if not entered before.
